I first tried them at the Vail Village market over Labor Day weekend and then I had to stop again and go to their food truck in Minturn when I was passing through. Wow, these tacos are fantastic! And they're priced just right. I had the white chick, carne asada, and pork carnitas. The pork was my favorite, but they were all delicious. The chips and salsa were also fantastic. The chips were fried right then and there, so they were crispy and hot. It was the perfect September day to sit outside at their patio by the food truck and enjoy a great taco in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
Yum!! So delicious!! We went to the Rocky Mountain Taco food truck that is parked at the main location for Vail Brewing Company (41290 US. HWY. 6). **This is different than the "tasting room" in Vail Village. It's about a 5-10 min drive away and worth it!! There is not a food truck at the tasting room.** Food was delicious (especially the carne asada!!) Grabbed a few delicious beers from the brewery to have with our meal and enjoyed some live music at the brewery on a Thursday night. Highly recommend!

This is very good tacos & tortas. I had every taco except the hippy dippy (vegetarian). The alambre was flavorful & rich but not greasy. The sauces/salsa were excellent. We ate every bite. Went well with the beers.
Love the cool vibe in here! There's skateboarding videos on the tvs and skateboards hung up. Super casual place and fun! They have never messed up my order or made it bad and I have been here several times! The people who work there have always been nice to me with a chill vibe and helpful! Love the food as well! Usually get the nachos and sometimes make some bothersome modifications to my order but they are great about it! Definitely a go-to and deserves great reviews!
